• Strong data gathering and normalization from multiple sources; advanced Excel
• Proven ability to document processes and workflows; strong communication

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to identify critical applications and tools
• Analyze AP, vendor contracts, and purchasing data for subscriptions
• Partner with IT to identify active apps and shadow IT via SaaS tools
• Consolidate data into a centralized inventory with standardized names
• Track renewals and contract expirations to support transitions
• Document processes across the software asset lifecycle
