Aufgaben

• Manage software assets across the full lifecycle.
• Track licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, renewals, and contracts.
• Perform license reconciliation, compliance reviews, and utilization analysis.
• Support renewals, audits, true-ups, reclamation, and cost optimization.
• Maintain SAM data, reports, software catalogs, and CMDB alignment.
• Support vendor governance and cross-functional ITAM initiatives.
• Provide onsite HAM support including inventory, hardware moves, shipping/receiving, and device recovery.
