You will guide engineers across .NET, SQL Server, WinForms/Web Forms, and modern .NET Core, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and front-end stacks, balancing risk and speed.

Qualifications

10+ years building enterprise .NET apps in C# (.NET Framework + .NET Core).
Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases (service extraction, modularization).
Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability patterns.
Experience in healthcare, workers' compensation, claims processing, or regulated industries.
Experience with distributed queues, messaging patterns, event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and design discussions across multiple apps and services.
Provide hands-on guidance across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks.
Modernize legacy architectures with service boundaries and APIs.
Lead code reviews, mentoring, and best practices on CI/CD, testing, and quality.
