Job summary

Voyatek in Albany, NY is seeking an Expert Software Analyst (BA) to partner with agency unit stakeholders to document current processes and define To-Be requirements for new applications aligned with the agency's tech roadmap.

You will lead JAD sessions, interview stakeholders, and produce As-Is/To-Be diagrams, use cases, and functional specs. Healthcare experience preferred; Salesforce OmniStudio exposure is a plus; bachelor's in CS or IT.

Qualifications

• 84+ months of guiding large teams and industry experience.
• 84+ months documenting requirements with use of JAD, interviews, and user stories.
• 84+ months creating development artifacts: diagrams, wireframes, and specs.
• 36+ months healthcare applications experience (patient records, billing, HR).

Responsibilities

• Document and understand existing business processes and regulatory reporting.
• Lead As-Is/To-Be sessions and define To-Be business processes.
• Interview stakeholders to capture requirements for new apps.
• Collaborate across bureaus to understand mission-critical processes.
• Lead requirement workshops and validate with stakeholders.
