Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Software Analyst - Expert for a 30-month engagement with the State of NY. Lead JAD sessions, interview stakeholders, and document requirements for existing and new applications.

You will work across bureaus to understand mission-critical processes and translate them into validated functional/non-functional specs. Required: extensive experience in analysis, requirements management, and Salesforce OmniStudio exposure; healthcare domain knowledge is a plus; required

Qualifications

8+ years of experience performing analysis eliciting stakeholder needs and documenting requirements.
Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for requirements communication.
Facilitation of requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs.
Experience creating test plans/cases and supporting UAT.
Experience Requirements Management lifecycle including baselines and change control.
Healthcare applications knowledge including patient records and billing.
Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions experience.
Possession of Salesforce BA/Admin/Developer certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Leading JAD sessions and interviewing stakeholders to capture requirements.
Documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes and diagrams.
Converting requirements into validated functional and non-functional specs for development.
