Job summary

Voyatek seeks an Expert Software Architect in Albany, NY to lead architecture for complex OMH HBITS projects. You will design scalable solutions, guide MVC/.Net, JavaScript, Web APIs, and Oracle data interactions, and mentor teams including state staff and consultants.

With extensive PL/SQL, SOA, WCF, and AI/ML experience, you will drive secure, compliant software delivery for PHI data, collaborate across stakeholders, and ensure robust performance and security for critical health systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large architectural teams on complex OMH projects.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, Web APIs, and WCF.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Experience with AI/ML and Python for web deployment.
• HIPAA PHI data handling and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture for multiple OMH projects and modifications.
• Participate in business analysis and SDLC.
• Code with MVC/.Net/JavaScript/Web APIs/WCF.
• Prepare Oracle scripts, indexes, and data migrations.
• Handle PHI data carefully and securely.
