Job summary

Jobtailor in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a results-driven salesperson to help grow our local market share and defend small business America while becoming a Thryv product expert.

You will educate prospects through the buyer’s journey, work with marketing/tech on sales strategies for product improvements, and bring strategic ideas to advance our culture and values in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS is required.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full cycle) is required.
• Industry knowledge to understand the Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with sales presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner of systems.
• 25% driving requirement; must live within 1 hour of the posting city.

• Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Thryv can grow their business
• Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
• Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
• 25% driving requirement and valid driver’s license. Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)
