RealPage is seeking a Solution Representative III to add new customers and nurture existing client relationships. You will travel within a geographic territory, engage management company clients, and participate in industry events on RealPage’s behalf.

You’ll present ROI, conduct web demos with Sales Engineers, and work to exceed quarterly and annual quotas. Qualifications include a four-year degree or 4+ years in field/inside sales, with a proven software sales track record and consultative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or 4 years of sales experience.
• 4+ years of formal field or inside sales with quota attainment.
• Proven track record selling software products or services.
• Value-based/consultative selling experience.
• Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects and manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business: prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
• Follow up on implementations tied to new product offerings.
• Generate sales revenue within a territory and named accounts.
• Research and identify new opportunities weekly.
• Maintain an accurate sales funnel and high activity levels.
• Deliver consultative presentations to VP/C-suite executives.
