Commerce in Austin seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to own organic social across Commerce, BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift. You set strategy, build the calendar, craft content, publish, and own the numbers.

You'll partner with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing to drive brand and demand. The role requires a strong writer, hands-on video and design skills, and comfort with analytics; a base in Austin with 3 days in the office per week is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, in-house or agency.
• B2B tech experience preferred; ownership of programs, not just calendars.
• Strong writing, executive voice, and on-camera comfort.
• Hands-on with short-form video and design tooling (CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci/Canva).
• Analytical with ability to report on performance and iterate.

Responsabilidades

• Own documented organic social strategy for each brand and audiences.
• Maintain a rolling four-week content calendar and quarterly plans.
• Write, edit, and publish captions, threads, and posts across platforms.
• Create assets and collaborate with Design for templates and multimedia.
• Publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Monitor channels, live moments, and emerging channels for opportunities.
• Draft and manage executive social content; run employee advocacy.
• Define KPIs, report monthly, and optimize based on results.
