The role sets strategy, calendars, content, and performance across channels, partnering with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing.

You’ll turn key moments into posts quickly, own executive social, and drive measurable engagement and brand impact with a storyteller’s voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, in-house or agency, with B2B tech experience preferred.
• You’ve owned a program, not just a queue.
• You are an effective communicator with executives, sales, designers, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a documented organic social strategy for each brand with clear audience targets.
• Maintain rolling four-week content calendars and defend the content mix.
• Publish across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with platform-specific framing.
• Draft and schedule social content for select senior leaders and executives.
• Define KPIs, report monthly, and optimize based on performance.
• Uphold brand safety and voice standards across all posts.
