Job summary

Commerce.com is seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to own the organic program for multiple brands. You’ll develop a documented strategy, publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and lead quarterly planning to align with brand and demand goals.

You will edit captions, craft scripts, and produce assets using CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, and Canva, while partnering with Design on higher‑craft work and templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, B2B tech experience preferred.
• Hands-on with short-form video and design tools such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Canva.
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt voice across brands and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a documented organic social strategy and four-week content calendar for each brand.
• Set and defend content mix across channels (executive video, stories, product news, events, recruiting).
• Publish across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube with platform-specific formats.
• Draft, schedule and manage social content for senior leaders; run employee advocacy end to end.
• Define KPIs and report monthly; analyze performance and iterate.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure accuracy and voice before posting.
