Commerce is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the organic social program across our brand family: Commerce, BigCommerce, Feedonomics and Makeswift. You will set strategy, build calendars, create content, publish posts, and own the metrics.

You’ll partner with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing, turning executive clips into live posts and shaping brand voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, in-house or agency, with B2B tech experience preferred.
• You’ve owned a program, not just a queue.
• You understand LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube as distinct cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Own a documented organic social strategy for each brand and maintain a four-week content calendar.
• Write and edit captions, threads, and short-form video scripts; publish across platforms.
• Prepare content in advance for live events, launches, and milestones; cover keynote clips and moments.
• Draft, schedule, and manage social content for select senior leaders; run employee advocacy end-to-end.
• Define KPIs per channel and brand; report on performance and adjust strategy.
