Commerce.com US is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own organic social across our family of brands—Commerce, BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift. This is an ownership role: you will set the strategy, build the calendar, create content, publish posts, and own the performance metrics.

You will collaborate with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing, shaping quarterly narratives and turning keynote clips into live posts rapidly while maintaining a distinct brand voice

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation.
• Experience in B2B tech preferred.
• Owns a program, not just a queue.
• Experience in in-house or agency setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own a documented organic social strategy for each brand, with a clear point of view on channel roles and audiences.
• Maintain a rolling four-week content calendar covering all brands and channels.
• Publish across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with platform-specific formats.
• Draft, schedule, and manage social content for select senior leaders.
• Define KPIs per channel and brand, and report monthly on performance and learnings.
• Uphold brand standards, ensure accuracy, relevance, and voice consistency.
