Commerce is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the organic social program across our family of brands, including BigCommerce, Feedonomics, and Makeswift. You will set strategy, build calendars, create and publish content, and own the metrics across channels.

You’ll partner with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing to shape the social voice, respond to live moments, and drive measurable engagement for a B2B tech audience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, B2B tech preferred.
• You’ve owned a program, not just a queue, and can lead from strategy to execution.
• Ability to publish, analyze, and iterate across multiple brands in a fast-moving environment.

• Own documented organic social strategies for each brand with audience mapping.
• Maintain a rolling four-week content calendar and defend content mix across channels.
• Write and edit social captions, threads, and executive posts in brand voice.
• Publish to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with platform-specific framing.
• Collaborate with Creative, PR, Demand Gen, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
• Monitor KPIs, report monthly, and optimize for engagement and impact.
