Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, especially for professional audiences.
• Comfort with both strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Data‑driven use of performance insights to inform content and strategy.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑paced environments.
• Location flexibility: open to multiple US states and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring to each platform and audience.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross‑functional teams to develop social concepts and ensure social is integrated in campaigns.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and channel strategy, and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad‑hoc social initiatives and help develop AI‑enabled workflows to make the social org more creative and efficient.
