Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build programs that grow engaged professional audiences and strengthen the MasterClass brand.

You will leverage social performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content and formats, and help shape AI-enabled workflows to scale the social function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with emphasis on LinkedIn for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution across platforms.
• Develop social content tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and GTM teams.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and strategy.
• Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc social initiatives and help define AI-enabled workflows.
