Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass—from kickoff to launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to ensure social is integrated throughout campaigns.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and channel strategy.
