Job summary

Sophie Society in the United States is hiring a Senior Short-Form Content Strategist & Producer to transform our raw footage into high-performing TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will own the content pipeline, craft hooks and formats, edit, and collaborate with leadership and the performance marketing team to drive organic growth.

You will ideate concepts, accelerate production, and ensure top quality while maintaining a high-output rhythm across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of short-form content that performed.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Excellent hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention.
• Able to move quickly and produce high volume without quality loss.
• Comfortable both ideating concepts and editing final content.
• Strong understanding of US audiences and internet trends.
• Independent and highly organized with backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into ~5 short-form videos per day.
• Develop ideas, hooks, formats based on what performs.
• Edit and package content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Study successful creators and apply effective formats.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, production.
• Track organic performance and guide paid-ad concepts.
• Manage your content pipeline and delegate overflow editing.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and performance marketing.
