Job summary

REP Fitness is seeking a highly creative Senior Social Media Content Creator to lead day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Reels & TikTok. You will partner with the Senior Social Media Manager to deliver platform-optimized content aligned with brand objectives and drive engagement.

You will own end-to-end content creation, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with teams to produce engaging, mobile-first content that resonates with our fitness community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation with growth of followers & engagement.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video, photography & storytelling.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Studio or Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation of short-form, platform-optimized content for Stories, Reels, Carousels, and more.
• Ensure content is optimized for mobile-first viewing and staying ahead of social trends.
• Deliver engaging content that grows engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
• Foster community through engaging content in our private Facebook Group.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to generate UGC content for TikTok & Instagram.
• Partner with event teams to create on-the-ground content from activations and athlete appearances.
