You will own production, creator activations, and analytics, balancing invention with practical constraints while collaborating across teams to keep a single voice and strong performance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in social content, organic growth, or content production.
• Proven ability to grow a brand and show impact with work.
• Writes concepts and scripts; directs production partners.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to defend calls.

Responsibilities

• Refine Scribd's social channels strategy, audience, and formats.
• Design repeatable formats and channel architecture for scale.
• Own the integrated content calendar across organic socials.
• Coordinate with campaigns to ensure a unified voice and tone.
• Lead concept development, script writing, and pre-production.
• Brief and manage production partners through shoot and post.
• Manage creator sourcing, negotiations, and rights handling.
• Define success metrics and provide monthly performance reports.
