You will write posts, moderate conversations, monitor sentiment, and deliver insights to product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably at a fast-paced consumer tech, fintech, or culturally relevant brand.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can switch between a formal compliance brief and engaging posts.
• Native understanding of platform nuances (X, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram) and how communities operate within them.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategy.
• Experience partnering with product marketing, brand, or campaigns to translate product stories into native content.
• Bold thinkers with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of impact.

Responsibilities

• Own our community management strategy across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement — write posts, moderate conversations, keep the audience active.
• Monitor sentiment and provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Spearhead community activations like live AMAs and platform-specific Q&A.
• Shape social-native creative and messaging with Product Marketing.
• Stay close to internet culture to keep Robinhood relevant.
• Represent the voice of the customer with strong judgment and compliance alignment.
