Acorns is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the voice of financial wellness on social. You’ll create original content, shoot, edit, write hooks, and react in real time from concept to publish. You’ll manage creators, grow channels across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, report on performance, and champion the brand voice.

• Lead social strategy for Acorns and Acorns Early across priority channels.
• Own content calendar and publish schedule for timely, relevant posts.
• Source, scope, and manage external creators to diversify content.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions with empathy and clarity.
• Grow organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
• Analyze performance and report insights to optimize campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve the Acorns brand voice and visual presence.
