Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive engagement across onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retention. You will define growth roadmaps, work with product, marketing, design and data science to craft campaigns and personalized experiences, and use data to inform prioritization and experimentation.

This role requires in-person collaboration across our Menlo Park, CA and New York City, NY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or data-driven field.
• Analytical mindset with Excel, A/B testing, and relational databases.
• Experience with marketing strategy including segmentation and messaging tests.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle journeys and campaigns strategy for product areas, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, data science and content teams to build personalized journeys.
• Use customer segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted messaging.
• Generate data-driven hypotheses, run A/B tests, and apply statistics to interpret results.
• Drive creative development and iteration based on test insights.
