Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of small business and personal relationships to meet sales goals (deposits, lending, fees).
• Develop strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions and education.
• Deepen client relationships through cross-selling with RBC USWM and SME colleagues.
• Deliver a consistent client experience, addressing needs and escalations promptly.
• Stay compliant with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements for risk management.
• Maintain relationships through proactive client engagement and referral network.
