Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Manages a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services
• Promotes digital banking and technology solutions
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues
• Mentors junior bankers and supports branch operations
