Zusammenfassung

Visa seeks a Sr. Manager, SMB Product & Benefits Strategy to drive planning and execution of SMB initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will partner with global, regional, and local teams to translate market needs into prioritized product work and a compelling benefits portfolio.

You will lead partnerships, commercialization, and GTM efforts, while ensuring scalable processes for onboarding and client adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher; advanced degree or PhD as applicable.
• Experience building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and sales opportunity management.
• Experience negotiating deals across geographies and collaborating with legal, marketing and finance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and execution of SMB product strategy and roadmap for LATAM/Caribbean.
• Source and negotiate strategic SMB benefits with partners.
• Own end-to-end commercialization of SMB benefits, pilot clients and GTM.
• Collaborate with local markets to package attractive SMB benefit offerings.
• Serve as SME for SMB solutions and benefit narratives to drive adoption.
