Job summary

Visa is seeking an accomplished executive to lead Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) in Latin America & Caribbean. The role oversees strategic direction, operational excellence, and revenue growth for CMS in the LAC region, including Visa Direct, Visa Commercial Solutions, and Visa Government Solutions.

The SVP will drive regional strategies, collaborate across product lines, and mentor a regional team while reporting to the Board and C-suite.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in payments, cash management, or commercial banking.
• Proven track record in building and guiding multi-country teams.
• Strong ability to develop and execute regional CMS strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic priorities for Visa CMS in LAC to drive revenue growth.
• Lead regional team and coordinate with global CMS to deliver solutions.
• Partner with marketing, sales, risk, and analytics to design go-to-market plans.
