WSFS Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Manager in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role blends hybrid/onsite work with Monday–Friday scheduling, focusing on building a referral network and closing small business loans up to $1.5 million in exposure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business lending, strong CRM use, and a proven track record in sales, customer service, and relationship management within community banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years business lending/new business development.
• 5+ years in business lending with relationships and production.
• CRM system experience to manage sales pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of business lending, consumer lending and deposits.
• Credit experience, loan structuring, and financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other SMB relationship managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customers' banking needs and determines suitable bank solutions.
• Negotiates loan terms including costs, repayment, and collateral.
• Prospects new business relationships and cross-sell WSFS solutions.
• Manages loan portfolio and monitors payments; adjusts terms to protect bank.
• Ensures lending compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Trains and mentors junior SMB relationship managers.
• Obtains and assesses financial information and credit history.
