WSFS Bank seeks an experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow client relationships of small to mid-size businesses. You will source opportunities, assess financial needs, and tailor lending, deposits, and non-credit solutions.

The role emphasizes credit analysis, loan structuring, and cross-selling across cash management and wealth services. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development and lending, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to travel within the WSFS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of new business development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business lending experience.
• Experience with credit analysis, loan structuring, and financial statements.
• CRM system experience to manage sales pipeline.
• Ability to travel within WSFS Bank footprint.
