WSFS Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager in California to grow and manage small-to-medium business relationships with up to $10M in annual revenue, delivering lending, deposits, and non-credit solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

You will source new opportunities, analyze financials, structure loans, monitor portfolios, and serve as the primary relationship manager while providing exceptional client service and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of business lending and relationship-building experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage multiple relationships.
• Experience with CRM system to manage sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networks.
• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Cross-sell Bank solutions and services.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and cash flow to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Develop loan structures and repayment plans aligned with client needs and policies.
• Negotiate terms and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a loan portfolio and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with credit, portfolio management, and product teams.
• Serve as primary relationship manager, expanding client relationships.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and train staff on lending procedures.
