Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of new business development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business banking lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of business lending, consumer lending, and deposit products.
• Experience with credit analysis and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with small-to-medium businesses.
• Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Cross-sell bank solutions and services to clients.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and cash flows to determine creditworthiness.
• Develop and recommend loan structures, repayment schedules, and collateral requirements.
• Manage an active loan portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
