Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual client meetings quarterly.
• Personalize interactions by remembering client details and interests.
• Resolve disputes by listening and finding win-win solutions.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to support client needs.
• Extract key financial ratios from balance sheets and P&Ls.
• Analyze cash flow to identify seasonal or structural issues affecting viability.
• Ask questions to understand business models, growth constraints, and needs.
• Document opportunities in CRM and follow up timely and accurately.
• Prepare clear product proposals tailored to client situations.
• Achieve annual targets for loans, deposits, and revenue per relationship.
• Engage product, credit, or treasury teams when addressing market challenges.
• Propose creative structuring while staying within policy.
