Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance preferred.
• 3–5 years small business loan or banking experience preferred.
• 2–6 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loan support systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the small business loan servicing team to ensure timely completion of tasks/workflows.
• Oversee monitoring and resolution of issues and controls over core systems to comply with audit requirements.
• Lead design and update of operating procedures for servicing and documentation.
• Perform servicing responsibilities for complex deals in absence of an experienced servicer.
• Train new hires to ensure consistency and standardization in servicing small business loans.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and efficiency metrics; address inquiries from internal and external customers.
