Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is hiring a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Alcoa, TN. The role focuses on meeting the financial needs of small business customers up to $5MM, acquiring new clients, and deepening relationships through banking products and services.

You will conduct outbound calls, partner with branch leadership, and provide guidance on loans, deposits, and digital banking tools while delivering a high-level customer experience and adhering to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions for small business clients.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business clients up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises on digital banking tools to improve convenience and accessibility.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
