Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Specialist 3 in Yakima, WA to provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will deepen existing relationships through routine calls and develop new opportunities via business development activities, coordinating with branches and other partners. The role requires outside prospecting, opening accounts, and recommending product solutions while working five days a week at a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop new relationship opportunities through business development activities and routine calls.
• Open accounts, identify and open product solutions, and service accounts for small business customers.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients and other business line partners.
