Job summary

You will deepen relationships, prospect for new business, and coordinate with branch partners to meet growth targets.

The role requires outside prospecting, account openings, and cross-selling product solutions while maintaining U.S. Bank Core Values. Five days on-site per week at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, product knowledge, sales and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Prospect outside the branch to grow revenue and meet targets; open accounts and service products.
• Collaborate with branch partners and refer clients to Business Banking as needed.
