Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a remote, US-based Clinical Implementation specialist anchored in the East territory. You will own clinical and operational implementation for assigned customers, guiding sleep labs and health systems from pre-signature to daily use of our diagnostic solutions, delivering demos, training, go-live support, and adoption coaching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Active RPSGT certification.
• Experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings.
• Experience delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to ~50-75%).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools.
• US-based, anchored in the East territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation execution for accounts (kickoff, planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stabilization) and transition to steady-state support.
• Provide virtual and on-site clinical support across all implementation phases (pre-planning through post-launch).
• Build implementation plans addressing clinical workflow design, staffing models, routing, patient communications, and administrative processes; coordinate across teams to stay on schedule.
• Deliver tailored training and demos for physicians, sleep technologists, and administrative staff with reusable materials and checklists.
• Measure adoption outcomes, track usage and turnaround, and refresh training as needed due to turnover or product changes.
• Diagnose root causes of low usage and drive corrective actions; redesign workflows to embed Beacon in daily practice.
• Act as clinical SME on sleep testing workflows and SaMD regulatory requirements; ensure messaging aligns with product capabilities and evidence.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales on clean handoffs, support QBRs and renewal/expansion discussions, surface adoption risks and expansion opportunities.
• Provide Product feedback from real implementations; contribute to templates and playbooks for scalability.
• Plan multi-quarter priorities for clinical implementation and represent the function in cross-team planning.
