Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager (West) to own the end-to-end clinical implementation of our diagnostic solutions for sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations. You will deliver demos, build implementation plans, run clinical education and training, support go-lives, and coach adoption after launch.

This remote role is anchored in the West with travel to customer sites, cross-functional collaboration across Clinical, Sales, Technical Services,

Qualifications

• Active RPSGT certification required.
• 8+ years in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical implementation for sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations.
• Deliver demos, build implementation plans, run clinical education and training, and coach adoption after launch.
• Develop workflows and playbooks to standardize implementations across accounts and inform future strategy.
• Provide on-site and virtual training to clinicians and staff, ensuring smooth go-lives and sustained usage.
