Job summary

Beacon Biosignals seeks a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager (West) to lead end-to-end clinical implementations across the US West region. This remote role reports to the National Clinical Implementation Director and mentors peers while guiding sleep labs and health systems from contract to sustained daily use.

You will deliver demos, build plans, conduct clinical education, support go-lives, and coach accounts through adoption, shaping playbooks and best practices for the broader team.

Qualifications

• Active RPSGT certification.
• 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine or sleep lab operations.
• Experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare.
• Experience delivering training to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Mentored or coached peers and set standards adopted beyond own work.
• Experience planning work across multiple quarters with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50-75%).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools.
• US-based, anchored in the West territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for assigned accounts, including kickoff, planning, milestone tracking, risk ID, and stabilization.
• Provide virtual and on-site clinical support through pre-planning, education, go-live, and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Build implementation plans addressing clinical workflow design, staffing models, and routing; coordinate resources across teams.
• Deliver training and demos tailored to physicians, clinicians, and administrative staff; maintain training materials.
• Monitor adoption outcomes and drive refresher training as needed; identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with clinical leaders to redesign workflows so Beacon is embedded in daily practice.
