Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager (East) to lead clinical and operational implementations for our diagnostic solutions across the United States. This remote, East-territory role involves travel to customer sites and mentoring peers, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

Active RPSGT certification and 8+ years in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
Proven experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare.
Experience mentoring or coaching peers and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end clinical and operational implementation for assigned customers, guiding sleep labs and health systems from pre-signature to sustained daily use.
Deliver demos, build implementation plans, run clinical education and training, support go-lives, and coach adoption after launch.
Measure adoption outcomes, analyze usage data, and drive corrective actions to improve workflow integration.
