Qualifications

• Active RPSGT certification is required.
• 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare.
• Experience delivering training to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Mentored or coached peers and set standards adopted beyond your own work.
• Experience planning work across multiple quarters and stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to ~50-75%).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools.
• US-based, anchored in the East territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for accounts, including kickoff, planning, milestones, risk identification, and stabilization.
• Provide clinical support across all phases of implementation pre-signature to go-live and adoption.
• Build implementation plans addressing clinical workflow, staffing, routing, patient communication, and admin processes; coordinate cross-team resources.
• Deliver training and demos tailored to audiences (physicians, sleep technologists, admins) and maintain training materials.
• Own adoption metrics, track utilization, and drive refresher training as needed.
• Diagnose root causes of low usage and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with leaders to redesign workflows so Beacon is embedded in daily practice.
• Serve as the clinical ops point of contact through pre-sale to adoption and communicate status proactively.
• Represent clinical SME on sleep testing workflows and ensure alignment with evidence and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise independent judgment on sequencing and approach for first-of-kind customers and new indications.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on clean handoffs and surface adoption risks early.
• Provide Product feedback and help prepare go-to-market readiness for new features.
• Mentor and coach peers, building templates and playbooks to raise team standards.
• Plan multi-quarter priorities for the clinical implementation function and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Initiate improvement projects with defensible approaches to close gaps in process or tooling.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards and support audits as required.
