Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a remote, US-based Clinical Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployment of diagnostic solutions for sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations in the West region.

You will deliver demos, build implementation plans, provide clinical education, support go-lives, and coach accounts through adoption, while shaping playbooks and best practices for the broader team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings.
• Experience delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching peers, and setting standards or best practices adopted beyond your own work.
• Experience planning work across multiple quarters and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel nationally (up to ~50-75%).
• US-based, anchored in the West territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation execution for accounts such as kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and stabilization.
• Provide virtual and on-site clinical support across every phase of implementation, from pre-planning and education through go-live and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Build implementation plans that account for clinical workflow design, staffing models, order and result routing, patient communication, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate resources across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product to keep them on schedule.
• Deliver comprehensive training and demos tailored to each audience and maintain reusable materials and competency checklists.
• Own adoption outcomes, track utilization and turnaround, and deliver refresher training as needed.
• Diagnose root causes of low or inconsistent usage and drive corrective action.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to redesign workflows and embed Beacon in daily practice.
• Serve as the clinical operational point of contact through pre-sale, implementation, and early adoption.
• Mentor peers and contribute to templates and playbooks that raise the team's standard.
