Beacon Biosignals is the leading at-home EEG platform supporting clinical development and precision diagnostics. The Services Specialist in SleepView Direct provides empathetic support to patients and customers, coordinating testing and handling inquiries in a remote-first role.

You will document interactions, troubleshoot, and collaborate with DX teams to resolve issues while upholding HIPAA and PHI protections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer-facing roles (healthcare, call center, or scheduling).
• Experience communicating with patients or customers by phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication, empathetic and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic phone support to patients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate patient testing, ensuring accurate study information.
• Make and monitor outbound calls to patients and customers as needed.
• Track and complete test scheduling and follow up to ensure timely support.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
