Qualifications

• We seek a Six Sigma Black Belt with CRM experience to lead enterprise process improvements.
• Candidate has a strong Lean Six Sigma background and CRM process knowledge.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven improvements is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and statistical analysis to improve CRM processes.
• Assess current CRM workflows, intake channels, service processes and reporting routines to identify gaps.
• Partner with leaders across IT, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and compliance.
• Develop project charters, business cases, benefit estimates and milestone plans.
• Quantify defects, delays, rework and service performance using CRM data and KPIs.
• Design improved workflows to increase adoption and data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums to drive change adoption.
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams on Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs and sustainment plans for long-term benefits.
• Prepare executive updates on progress, risks and realized benefits.
