Mindtris is seeking a Senior Six Sigma Black Belt with CRM expertise to lead enterprise CRM improvement initiatives in Nashville area. You will drive DMAIC projects, partner with IT and business units, and deliver measurable value across customer-facing processes.

Responsibilities include designing enhanced CRM workflows, establishing KPI dashboards, and mentoring teams to sustain gains. This contract role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• We seek a Six Sigma Black Belt with CRM experience to lead enterprise process improvements.
• Candidate has a strong Lean Six Sigma background and CRM process knowledge.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven improvements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and statistical analysis to improve CRM processes.
• Assess current CRM workflows, intake channels, service processes and reporting routines to identify gaps.
• Partner with leaders across IT, operations, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and compliance.
• Develop project charters, business cases, benefit estimates and milestone plans.
• Quantify defects, delays, rework and service performance using CRM data and KPIs.
• Design improved workflows to increase adoption and data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums to drive change adoption.
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams on Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs and sustainment plans for long-term benefits.
• Prepare executive updates on progress, risks and realized benefits.
