Responsibilities

• Clarify organizational roles, ownership, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Lead strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation with milestones.
• Map end-to-end processes and related financial workflows.
• Document handoffs, data, controls, risks, and impacts across systems.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste, cycle time, and complexity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and dashboards with control plans.
• Build alignment and gain executive buy-in for changes.
