CVS Health is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist with a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead cross‑functional process improvements across operations. You will map processes, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement action plans to achieve measurable benefits.

This role blends analytical rigor with change leadership in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in operations or customer‑facing roles, 3+ years of data‑driven problem solving, and experience guiding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal operations or customer-facing services.
• 3+ years solving problems with data collection, reporting and analysis.
• 2+ years leading process improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI opportunities with deliverables: process maps, baselines, root cause analysis, actions and control plans.
• Support strategic assessments: framing, data collection, analysis and recommendations.
• Lead FOX topics: problem statements, root cause analysis (5 Why’s), corrective actions and live-call facilitation.
• Apply FOX, DMAIC, LEAN, 8D methodologies to deliver results and validate improvements.
• Develop project charters with SMEs, gain approvals and maintain updated charters.
• Document current/target state using SIPOC, flow charts and value‑stream mapping (VSM).
• Use Pareto, 5 Why’s, time-series and control charts to define opportunities and verify results.
• Lead teams through FOX, Improvement and Assessment projects with project plans and leadership updates.
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, issues, actions and decisions.
