Job summary

LeoForce in Naperville, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget while upholding safety and quality. You will oversee planning, track budgets and forecasts, review contracts and change orders, and mentor junior staff.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, PM experience in civil construction, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and PM software (e.g., HCSS).
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Track project financials, including budgets and forecasting.
• Communicate with clients for updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster teamwork.
