Job summary

LeoForce, a Heavy Civil Contractor headquartered in Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex civil construction projects. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure scope, schedule and budget are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering and proven PM experience in civil construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software (e.g., HCSS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Track project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.
