LeoForce is seeking a Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Michigan from pre-construction to completion. You will maintain client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, and lead diverse teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The role requires a strong leadership track record, deep construction experience, and the ability to navigate complex contracts while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and change orders.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, cost controls, and progress reporting.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
