Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years' experience in construction, focusing on multi-family residential and/or commercial construction.
• OSHA30 certification required upon employment.
• First Aid/CPR certification required upon employment.
• Knowledge of earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to supervise, teach and motivate staff while maintaining safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and make agile decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
• Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, and labor schedules within the project timeline.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards, daily safety checklists, and pre-construction safety discussions with subcontractors.
• Lead on-site teams, foster safety, efficiency and quality.
• Conduct detailed field reports, manage project punch lists, and ensure high-quality completion.
• Engage in critical decision-making and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
